Refund and Returns Policy

Contact Spider before sending an item back. We will review the order, product condition, reason for return and the written terms supplied at purchase before issuing return instructions.

• Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Report shipping damage or an incorrect item promptly and include clear photographs.
• Do not return equipment without authorization and a confirmed return address.
• Customized services, consumables and pre-sale products may be subject to separate written terms.

Refund timing, return freight responsibility and any inspection deductions will be confirmed for each eligible return. This pre-launch policy must receive final legal and commercial review before payment is enabled.
